Landscape Renovation Update: SNWA Rebate Opportunity
The Board of Directors is actively exploring renovation options to take advantage of the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) rebate program for grass removal. This initiative supports water conservation while helping our community modernize and beautify our common areas.

The Board has approved a preliminary landscape renovation plan, which has now been sent out for bid to qualified contractors. Once the proposals are received, the Board will carefully review all plans and bids to ensure the best balance of quality, design, and cost.
A full review of the proposals is scheduled for the next Board meeting on October 22, 2025. Homeowners are encouraged to stay informed and participate by sharing their input.
