Entry Gates

The Board is aware of the gate situation and the damage caused by the recent windstorm. The severity of the damage and price is much greater then anticipated and the Board obtained two proposals

The Board has approved a vendor to complete the repairs. With the severity of the damage (concrete needing replacement and re-poured) and parts needing to be ordered, the gates repairs are expected to start this week and be completed by next week. The gate company advised that due to the concrete pads needing to be replaced, there is no speeding up the process and getting the gates closed sooner
